After nine successful years of growing a regional collection of permanent art pieces, the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) is pleased to announce the Request for Proposals for LEAP’s 2022 Public Art for Communities Grant Program is open until 5 p.m. Friday, February 11, 2022. LEAP seeks expand the existing 36 public sculptures funded through Public Art for Communities by awarding two $10,000 grants in 2022.

LANSING, Mich. (Dec. 2, 2021) — Today, the Clinton County Board of Commissioners and the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) announced 107 Clinton County small businesses will receive grants from the Clinton County Small Business Relief Program. Grants range from $10,000-$25,000 based on total employment and collectively total $1,640,000 funded by the county’s first tranche of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.

LANSING, Mich. (Oct 18, 2021) — The Clinton County Board of Commissioners took action to assist small businesses negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic by allocating $2 million from the county’s first tranche of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for small business grants. The county selected the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) to design and administer the program, which will deliver grants ranging from $10,000-$25,000 to small businesses with 100 or fewer employees physically located in Clinton County.
