An award totaling $5 million will allow Cinnaire to support -five affordable housing projects in the Midwest including the acquisition, rehabilitation and construction of 269 units.

Lansing, Mich.— Physicians Health Plan (PHP) today announced it has received approval from the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) to expand its service area for large group plans.
PHP has added Bay, Huron, Livingston, Montcalm, Saginaw, Sanilac, Tuscola, and Washtenaw counties to their large group HMO service area, in addition to Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Hillsdale, Ingham, Ionia, Isabella, Jackson, Lenawee, and Shiawassee counties.

network.
PHP Medicare’s statewide network now includes MyMichigan Health hospitals in Alma, Alpena, Clare,
Gladwin, Midland, Sault Ste. Marie, and West Branch.
