Jessica Garcia, Ph.D. Faculty Associate, Office for Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives, Assistant Professor, Department of Sociology at Michigan State University joins Vic Verchereau on this Leadership Low Down. Jessica has advanced knowledge of issues and needs specific to marginalized communities; extensive training and facilitation experience related to diversity, inclusion, and implicit bias. She works across campus and around the state to get conversations going and to help leaders lead in a growing and diverse work space environment.
