Details: LEAP and numerous community partners will gather to dedicate a new permanent public art sculpture located at the fork in the road of W Saginaw and W Oakland in west Lansing.
The stainless steel sculpture, titled Prosperity, stands 16 ft. tall and was designed by artist Fritz Olsen. The project was made possible by LEAP’s Public Art for Communities grant program in partnership with PNC Foundation, a Michigan Economic Development Corporation/Saginaw Oakland Commercial Association Patronicity crowdfunding campaign, Christman Construction, the Arts Council of Greater Lansing, the city of Lansing, Landscape Architects & Planners, Inc., and the Power of WE.
