With over 25 years of Human Resources experience, a Master's degree in Industrial & Human Relations from Loyola University Chicago and a SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) Professional Certification awarded by the HR Certification Institute, the credentialing body for human resource professionals, Julie is considered an expert in the field of Human Resources!
After spending only 3 minutes with Julie, you will quickly learn that she loves to work with small and medium sized businesses by guiding them through their people practices to assure that they stay out of trouble! Julie has worked for large companies such as Rand McNally and Bell & Howell and worked for a predominant Chicago consulting firm before venturing off to establish her own HR Consulting Practice. With the exception of a 2-year return to industry where she worked for Demmer Corporation to launch their growth initiation where she grew the workforce five-fold in a six month period, Julie has spent the past 10 years working with companies of all sizes on their Human Resources/people practices.
