Paul Schmidt - video artist, entrepreneur and local Lansing storyteller joins Show Biz Weekly at Henry’s Place to talk about his life and career. Schmidt discovered his love in the arts as an actor and quickly it became his passion. While away at a summer program, Schmidt discovered the camera and production. His life took on a different career path, but stayed in the arts. Today, his video work has appeared nationally and internationally with praises and awards being bestowed upon him for their professional artistic quality and more.

The videographer continues to share his love of what he does and how much of his life is being a community proponent and pro-Michigan advocate. This work has brought good friend to SBW, and Schmidt’s, Melik Brown’s “Lansing Made” as a project he continues to support and video. Schmidt is the owner of the Lansing based UnoDeuce Multimedia that recently celebrated its 5th year. In 2015, Schmidt was awarded the Entrepreneur Institute Micro-Entrepreneur of the Year.
