Kalkaska Screw Products (KSP) is a high-volume precision machining facility that supports the Automotive, Aerospace, Recreational Vehicle and other industries with components for our customer’s sub-systems.  We make parts that help save lives!  Our components go into Air Bags, Seat Belt Assemblies, Fuel Systems, Brake Systems, and Engine Management Systems, to name a few.

KSP has a niche to “do the tough stuff”, therefore, the tougher components that other precision machining facilities are unable to do are the components we love to do!  KSP has strong technical acumen to make the tougher parts and is considered to be a world leader in manufacturing with our primary machine tool – Hydromat Rotary Transfer Machines.

In addition to being a niche manufacturer, KSP is employee owned.  Founded in 1996, KSP became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) when the founder transitioned into retirement and the company was sold to the employees of the organization.  Being employee owned differentiates KSP with a long-term shared vision that benefits all members of the team.

KSP is proud to have created nearly 100 jobs since 2010 while supporting the families on our team in our local community!
