Merritt Press - Built on the Principles of Honesty, Respect and DedicationMultiplicity hosts, Stephanie Butler and Mike Winter, talk with Scott Merritt, of Merritt Press. Merritt Press, Inc., is proud to be a Lansing area printing company that has been under family ownership for more than 25 years. Built on the principles of honesty, respect, and dedication, it is their company goal to remain one of the best printers with an emphasis on the individual treatment of each customers' needs.

History
Founded in 1985 by Scott Merritt, Merritt Press focused on the printing of envelopes. He started as a one-man operation. As demand grew, the company expanded to a new location in 1987. In order to better service customer needs, flatsheet capabilities were added in the early 1990's. The next step was adding additional warehouse space to accommodate storage and fulfillment operations. The most recent upgrades have been with a direct to plate system and the advancement and integration of digital files. With an eye on progress, Merritt Press is continually staying on top of technology to serve customers with the best printing service available.

Transform Michigan, co-hosted by Angela Waters Austin and Rev. Sean 'Mordecai' Holland, celebrates nonprofit businesses and the impact of social entrepreneurs on Michigan’s double bottom-line.
