Massive Data Breach at US Government Revealed

TechnologyA data breach at the Office of Personnel Management, the Federal Government’s central repository of government employee information, resulted in the theft of 14 million names, including current and former federal employees, as well as civilian contractors and even civilian references for federal job applicants.

Officials suspect that this is part one of a plan to compromise further systems within the US government infrastructure.
