In Partnership With

Inventors Networks and Michigan Inventor's Coalition

Entrepreneurship Jeffrey talks with Orville Crain, co-owner of Klever Innovations, and a founder of the Michigan Inventor's Coalition, about how he got started with the Muskegon Inventors Network. Ten years ago, he went to the Flint Inventors Network, and decided to start a group in Muskegon, where he lived.

Three years later they decided that it made a lot of sense to start one in Grand Rapids, Jackson, Lansing and several other cities throughout the state. They have now grown to fourteen groups in Michigan. They realized it was important to have a parent organization, and that is how the Michigan Inventors Coalition had its beginning.

Michigan Business Beat, hosted by Chris Holman, discusses economic development, new or unusual entrepreneurial initiatives, and successful business practices from different regions and industries around Michigan with a wide range of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
