He discusses the process of community, entrepreneurship, and success.  He defines the story of America, Michigan and Detroit, and how that city can be the face of hope for the future. He focused on self-confidence and beating poverty, the reality of youth and their perceptions and expectations about their current situation. Additionally, John Hope Bryant dwells on high expectations and higher confidence about how cities like Detroit can prosper in the future.
