Millennials are a huge part of the working population, and they have a huge impact on the economy, so it is important to be mindful of what they value in order to attract them for jobs. Joe goes on to describe some of those important features, such as easy access to urban settings.

The panel then speaks about this generation as they get married and have children, and what the local communities should have in order to attract millennials to live and work in their communities.

Michigan Business Beat, hosted by Chris Holman, discusses economic development, new or unusual entrepreneurial initiatives, and successful business practices from different regions and industries around Michigan with a wide range of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
