Sue Bila, CFEE, President/CEO talks with Toni Cooper executive director for the River Raisin National Battlefield Park Foundation on this segment of Party @ MI Place. Toni shared a brief history of the event as well as the entire area dating back some 200 years ago. This event is definitely a display of social equity at its finest!
