2016 LCC Foundation Golf Outing!

Bill_Motz_at_LCC_Golf_Outing_2016.jpgThe LCC (Lansing Community College) Foundation recently continued their 27-year tradition of an annual student scholarship golf outing. This year’s scramble was held Thursday, July 14 at the Royal Scot Golf Course on Lansing’s west side proving that playing golf CAN help someone pay for college.

Here Jeffrey catches up with Dan McKean, Executive Director for the LCC Foundation. Leigh Williams, Field Account Manager CDW-G (a sponsor on the day) they are based out of Chicago but have multiple Michigan offices, including where Leigh works in the Grand Rapids area.

In the second segment Jeffrey briefly catches up with Kelli Ellsworth Etchison the Senior Vice President of Marketing with LAFCU (another sponsor on the day), enjoy a brief sample of Steve Winninger’s bagpipe entertainment from that morning. LCC Foundation Board of Directors Member Bill Motz addressed the golf participants as they were about to head out on the golf course. 

In the third piece Jeffrey interviews Mr. Bill Motz who is also head marketing professor at LCC, and lead advisor in AMA, (American Marketing Association). The conversations wrap up with Steve Winninger a retire credit union executive who is highly involved in the community and specifically with the LCC Foundation board and now gives back by entertaining them with the bagpipes.
