Start Studio Discovery applications are open!

TechTown Detroit's Start Studio Discovery program is back! Apply by Friday, March 8, for a chance to participate in this 10-week program that provides ideation-stage tech startups with the tools needed to test their tech business ideas in the real world!

Recognized as one of the region's most inclusive tech-based startup programs, Start Studio Discovery focuses on intensive customer discovery and idea validation. Cohort participants receive hands-on support through weekly online sessions and one-on-one meetings with designated entrepreneurs-in-residence and customer discovery specialists.

Our Start Studio MVP Demo Day is TOMORROW!

Get ready to witness firsthand the innovation brewing within the local tech industry! We invite you to attend our Start Studio MVP Winter 2024 Demo Day tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 21, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Twelve promising startups will unveil the Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) they've been diligently crafting for the past six weeks. The evening will begin with an engaging introduction of each founder's startup, followed by time for attendees to visit each startup's booth and experience live demos of the MVPs. Folks will then get the chance to cast their vote for their favorite MVP for the People’s Choice Award. Three outstanding startups will win the award!
