Attend Manu-Tech Pitch Competition 2022
 
 

Join the Industry 4.0 Accelerator for the Manu-Tech Pitch Competition on Dec. 7 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Catalyzing sustainability in domestic manufacturing, this event is a forum for manufacturers, tech companies and investors to share the latest advancements in manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies as well as share what is needed for domestic manufacturing to remain globally competitive. Attendees will be able to observe panel discussions and pitch competitions, and learn about the Industry 4.0 Accelerator powered by LTU Centrepolis and Lean Rocket Lab.

 
 
 
 
 
Going PRO Talent Fund Grants Available to Businesses for Workforce Training
 
 

Michigan employers looking to take advantage of the Going PRO Talent Fund program may now apply for a share of approximately $50 million in competitive training awards over the course of two application cycles. Going PRO Talent Fund helps ensure employers have the talent they need to grow and stay competitive by providing awards to assist in training, developing and retaining current and newly hired employees. Training must fill a demonstrated talent need experienced by the employer and lead to a transferable, industry-recognized credential. The application period for the first award cycle ends Monday, Dec. 12, at noon EST, and selected applicants will be announced in January 2023.

Pursue Your Pure: Start Planning Your Pure Michigan Winter Adventure
 
 

The temperatures are continuing to drop, and snow is starting to make its annual appearance, signaling the time for friends and families to start planning their winter adventures. To support those planning efforts, Pure Michigan has officially launched its national winter advertising campaign. Check out the campaign’s two new advertising spots: Loud and Heart of Winter.
