As an SVP, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial vision and overseeing operations across all our entities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Integration: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align functions such as accounting, operations, sales, IT, and HR, driving our strategic plans forward.

· Operational Excellence: Champion process enhancements that elevate service quality, boost employee efficiency, and minimize business risks through effective management of commercial insurance policies.

· Financial Mastery: Take charge of financial reporting, analysis, and interpretation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering strong relationships with financial partners and vendors.

· Innovative Leadership: Inspire a culture of ethical leadership, trust, and respect among peers, employees, and clients.

Your Skills & Experience:

· Financial Capabilities: Profound understanding of accounting and fiscal affairs, adept at daily cash management, sales invoicing, financial statements preparation, and year-end reporting.

· Team Leadership: Proven track record in supervising accounting staff, overseeing payroll processing, managing company payables, and implementing effective accounting systems and control measures.

· Strategic Vision: Experience in developing job costing systems, utilizing technology for efficiency gains, and overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and benefit plans.
