Outstanding Small Business: InVerve Marketing

Community Service Award: Phil and Barb Tripp
In 1988, Phil Tripp took his passion for the automotive industry and along with his wife Barbara, created a family run business called Tripp’s Collision. What began as a part-time high school job
for Phil has evolved into a thriving business with locations in Jackson, Lansing, and East Lansing. Now, well into the fourth decade, the Tripp family proudly operates the business, with six sons, three of 26 grandkids, and 60 dedicated employees, all committed to exceeding customer expectations by providing safe, quality repairs and investing in the communities they
love.

Outstanding Small Business Award: InVerve Marketing
InVerve Marketing is focused on its stated purpose – market and grow better. InVerve Marketing is proudly located where the creatives are; Lansing’s Old Town District where they have been a beacon of digital adoption since its incorporation in 2000. In 2022, InVerve Marketing was named a Michigan 50 Companies to Watch winner. Their strategies are designed to propel businesses to new heights. InVerve Marketing’s goal is to continue to take its transit marketing expertise nationwide.

Diversity Star Award: Cinnaire
The LRCC and the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) have joined forces to create this award honoring organizations that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and throughout the Lansing community. Cinnaire is a nonprofit financial partner that supports community and economic revitalization initiatives through creative investments, loans and development services. Since 1993, Cinnaire has invested $5.7 billion to develop more than 1,000
housing communities in 9 states, providing 63,000 affordable apartment homes for more than 137,000 individuals and families and has provided community development loans to support the creation / retention of commercial, mixed-use, and community space.

"Cinnaire's unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion not only enriches workplaces but also uplifts communities. Cinnaire's impactful contributions to affordable housing and community development serve as a beacon of inspiration for all of us striving towards a more equitable future," said Tony Willis, Chief Equity Development Officer at LEAP.

Legacy Award: Lansing State Journal

The Legacy Award was created to recognize organizations for their long-time commitment as dedicated members and investors in the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. The LRCC proudly recognizes the Lansing State Journal as a Chamber member and investor for 70 years
