sarianna.jpegHosted by Tomas Hult, this segment of the globalEDGE Business Beat is an interview with Sarianna Lundan, Program Chair, 2017 annual meeting of Academy of International Business in Dubai, UAE, July 2-5, 2017. She is Professor and Chair in the Faculty of Business Studies and Economics at University of Bremen.

Tomas Hult is Executive Director of the Academy of International Business as well as Professor and Byington Endowed Chair in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Sarianna shares the details and what is to be expected at the upcoming AIB annual conference in Dubai. The conference will have more than 1,000 attendees from most of AIB’s 90 member countries. To get to know Sarianna, Tomas also asks her questions about her background in international business, how she describes herself as a researcher, and what IB research issues are the most intriguing to her. Professor Lundan – with her Finnish heritage and global outlook – also elaborates on the value she believes a member of AIB gets from being part of a network of scholars from some 90 countries.
