LEAP WELCOMES NEW TEAM MEMBER JOSH HOLLIDAY

Tuesday, December 20, 2016, Lansing, MIThe Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) is pleased to announce the addition of Josh Holliday, Tri-County Development & Placemaking Manager, to its staff.  Josh began his career with LEAP on Monday, December 19, 2016. 

Josh previously served as the Program Manager for the Arts Council of Greater Lansing, coordinating, marketing and implementing smARTS – a professional development program for creatives; overseeing six funding initiatives that provided more than $275,000 in grants, along with implementing and managing Placemaking driven initiatives throughout the region.  Additionally, he planned the annual Creative Placemaking Summit, which brought residents and community leaders together to discuss art and Placemaking.

“LEAP is excited to have Josh on-board.  He brings a new set of skills and expertise, which will be a big asset for the Greater Lansing region.  His vast knowledge of the arts will allow the LEAP Placemaking program to grow and prosper, which will have a positive impact on our region.” said Bob Trezise, LEAP President & CEO.

“I’m thrilled to join the dedicated and highly respected team at LEAP to continue developing a better place to live, work and play in the Greater Lansing region. I look forward to immersing myself within the tri-county region and being that area’s champion.” said Josh Holliday, Tri-County Development & Placemaking Manager.

Josh fills the vacant Tri-County Development Manager position left by Keith Lambert.  Along with his additional duties as the Placemaking Manager, he will work closely with LEAP members and the private and public sector throughout Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties, providing economic development assistance specifically to the tri-county area.
