Hosted by Tomas Hult, this segment of the globalEDGE Business Beat is an interview with Robert Hurley who is Professor in the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. He has been named one of the top 100 thought leaders on trust and The Washington Post selected his book, The Decision to Trust: How Leaders Create High-Trust Organizations, as one of the best leadership books.

Tomas Hult is Professor and Byington Endowed Chair in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.

Bob Hurley shares his views on trust and why it seems like it is in such short supply these days. He shares examples of companies and what they have done related to trust, tackles the notion that perhaps we are less trusting today, and ultimately what we should be teaching undergraduate and graduate students in Business Schools so that they can help build trustworthy organizations.
