In this weekly update, MIRS Publisher, John Reurink, interviews David Biddulph, Co-Founder of the Balanced Budget Amendment Task Force, at the annual meeting of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), in San Diego, about the fate of the Federal Balanced Budget amendment. Biddulph believes within the next 18 months the group will secure the last seven states' endorsement needed for a constitutional convention requiring a national balanced budget amendment.
