Call for Abstracts
The 13th Annual Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering and Technology Symposium (GVSETS) & Advanced Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI)
August 10 - 12, 2021

Deadline: Tuesday, March 12, 2021
Scientists and engineers from government, academia and industry are invited to submit abstracts for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Michigan Chapter’s 13th Annual GVSETS & APBI, in coordination with The Engineering Society of Detroit (ESD). The Technical Committee will select those submissions to be published and presented during the Technical Sessions.
This year’s event will focus on bridging the gap between fundamental research in the lab and new ground vehicle capabilities in the battlefield. A full day will be dedicated to presenting select papers in parallel technical sessions on the following topics:
- Additive Manufacturing
- Autonomy, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (AAIR)
- Cybersecurity of Ground Systems
- Modeling, Simulation and Software (MS2)
- Power & Mobility (P&M)
- Survivability
- Vehicle Electronics and Architecture (VEA)
