EATON COUNTY, MI – As part of its strategic planning initiative for substance use and misuse, the Barry-Eaton District Health Department (BEDHD) asks Eaton County residents with experiences dealing with substance use to participate in an online survey.

The survey remains open until Saturday, April 13, for Eaton County residents, including those with a history of substance use or misuse, loved ones, providers, emergency responders, and the general community.

A limited supply of gift cards are available to the first individuals who complete the survey. Visit https://msu.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_enQkp3dlvaJyeKW to take the survey.

The Eaton County Board of Commissioners partnered with BEDHD to facilitate a strategic planning process to draft a report with recommendations on community needs to combat the opioid crisis. To learn more or get involved in the initiative, visit eatoncounty.org.
