Tomas Hult is Professor and Byington Endowed Chair in the Broad College. With more than 8,000 undergraduate, masters, and doctoral students, the Broad College is one of the largest business schools in the United States.

Broad has a vision to be a top-of-mind business school as reflected by the recognition of our brand, the reputation of our people, and the rankings of our programs. In this segment, Kathy talks about the Broad College being a limited enrollment college at MSU and the associated challenges.

She also shares various stories about programs in the college to create a cultural environment that result in success for all undergraduate students. And, she highlights the uniqueness and importance of the Residential Business Community, a program for undergraduate business students that help them become immersed in the business school in all aspects of their MSU life.
