Vicki Hamilton-Allen has over 20 years of executive leadership experience. Hamilton-Allen is currently the President & CEO at Habitat for Humanity Capital Region and the CEO & Founder of Executive Ideation Consultancy. Her community service extends from an appointed position on the Affordable Housing Advisory Council for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, to volunteering as a coach for Girls on the Run. She has authored a children's book and is a fierce advocate for those who have not been able to have their voices heard.

Hamilton-Allen earned her MBA from Ferris State University and her BA from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Vicki is committed to lifelong learning and is passionate about inspiring others to challenge themselves to grow personally and professionally.
