Sparrow Foundation and the Women Working Wonders committee wrap up another successful year!

LANSING, MI – About $542,000 was raised for women’s health in the recent 2019 Sparrow Foundation’s Women Working Wonders (W3) 10th Annual Dapper Dads Challenge & Fashion Show.

Over the past 10 years, the event has raised nearly $4 million to support women’s health initiatives in Mid-Michigan.

Mobile Health Clinic adds more locations

MBN recentally had the opportunity to visit the Southside Community Center where the Mobile Health Clinic was on site. Sparrow, the Ingham County Health Department and Dean Transportation are expanding on last year’s successful launch of the Lansing-area’s only Mobile Health Clinic. The Mobile Health Clinic will be on location at many more sites this year, providing free basic health services to residents in need not only in Lansing but surrounding communities.

Ingham County government employees avoid extra pounds and win Sparrow’s corporate weight challenge
