Diversity Awareness Month featuring Anne Maghas

Anne Maghas is CEO and founder of Dash Group and a participant in TechTown’s Catalyst Angel Program. In honor of Diversity Awareness Month, we spoke to her about diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

“Diverse thinking comes from diversity in lived experiences, so that’s why it’s critical to seek individuals that will bring that difference in lived experience as part of their skill and expertise to the job,” she said.
