Shea began his corporate finance career managing finance systems for consolidation and planning for United Technologies, ITT and Arvin Meritor. In January of 2000 he founded UpStream Software where he invented and architected UpStream WebLink (now Hyperion FDM). Tom is one of the original founders of OneStream Software and an original architect of OneStream XF. He is passionate when it comes to delivering value, success and support. Tom began working on OneStream XF more than 8 years ago to eradicate the concept of CPM "suites" or "modules" and disrupted the entire CPM ecosystem with a unified solution that combines power and flexibility with ease of use, deployment and maintenance.
