CHARLOTTE, MI – First responders, law enforcement, and numerous other public agencies in the Charlotte area recognize the incredible work of Sparrow Eaton Hospital caregivers during the pandemic, especially the current surge.

An honor parade of emergency vehicles, with sirens and lights aglow, Friday, April 23, 10 a.m. made its way through the community as a show of support for healthcare workers. They concluded the parade by delivering flowers to caregivers at Sparrow Eaton accompanied by a military salute and ceremonial “fist bump” signifying the partnership and respect between caregivers and first responders. The parade included representatives from numerous agencies, such as the Eaton County Sheriff’s Department, Charlotte Police Department, Charlotte Fire Department, Eaton Area EMS, and many others.
