Scott Little is the Associate Education Director for Michigan School business officials. His statewide responsibilities have taking him all across the state to small and large  communities. In this interview, Scott will recall his 20-year Air Force career. Many of those experiences helped to prepare a young man to take on his journey through life. Scott offers valuable observations on accountability, mentors and the important role of serving members and providing valuable leadership to associations.
