COVID-19 Response & Preparedness Template with Remote Work Policy
New requirements from MiOSHA continue the need for a COVID-19 Response & Preparedness Template, including a policy outlining remote work.
Per the October 14, 2020 MiOSHA rules, "an employer shall create a policy prohibiting in-person work for employees to the extent that their work activities can feasibly be completed remotely."
The SBAM team has reviewed guidance from both MDHHS and MiOSHA rules and created an updated version of the COVID-19 Response & Preparedness Template for your use.
