Father to six sons and grandfather to 19 grandchildren, Phil Tripp’s roots go deep into Jackson County. He grew up and went to school in Vandercook Lake, where his part-time job during high school evolved into a career in business. Tripp and his wife Barb began Tripp’s Auto Shop and Collision Center in 1988 with two employees and grew it into a multi-million dollar, award-winning operation, employing 32 people.

Stephanie Butler and Mike Winter dive into Mr. Tripp's story and find out about his faith journey balanced with business during November's episode of 'Multiplicity'.

In addition to their thriving business, the Tripps have demonstrated their love for the people of Jackson by investing in family-friendly local events and organizations such as the Civil War Muster, the 75th Anniversary celebration for Cascades Falls, the Hot Air Jubilee, Marriage Matters Jackson, the Jackson Symphony Orchestra, the Special Olympics and many others.
