Cahoots Event Space Available to Rent for
Socially Distanced Meetings & More

Our event space has transitioned into a socially distant conference room, and more! We can safely seat 10 people for a meeting, or you can rent our space to suit your needs (did someone say virtual meeting hosting?)

We are open for takeout service! Stop by our to-go window along Huron St. for a coffee or tea and say hello. You can also order online for pickup!

What we're doing to keep Cahoots safe:

Nightly cleaning will always include sanitizing measures that comply with CDC recommendations.
Masks are required to enter the space, and are to be worn while away from one's desk.
Touchless foot door openers have been installed on many doors, and more to come.
Sanitizing wipes have been placed in every conference room, and around the space.
Hand sanitizing stands will be installed throughout the building starting next week.
Signage has been placed throughout the building indicating capacity of certain common spaces, as well as outlining best practices for us to follow as a whole.
All visitors of Cahoots are required to follow the same procedures.

SVB’s Midwest Virtual Investor Trek aims to showcase top early-stage technology companies based in the Midwest to investors throughout the country. They are actively sourcing interested applicants from all over the Midwest and a cohort will be selected for virtual meetings with participating investors. This is an incredible opportunity where SVB will directly facilitate meetings with many of the country’s top early-stage VC firms.

PPP Loan Forgiveness and Repayment Webinar

On May 15, 2020, the Small Business Administration (SBA) issued the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Application. Many small businesses that received a PPP loan are now nearing the end of the initial eight-week time frame in which to report as part of the forgiveness application.

Ann Arbor SPARK, in collaboration with the Brighton Area, Hartland, and Howell Area Chambers invited the experts from First National Bank of Howell to help navigate the process to apply for PPP loan forgiveness.

In this webinar, Martin Smith, Chief Lending Officer at First National Bank will highlight the details of the application, related instructions and discuss the computations of loan forgiveness, among other things. We will also address frequently asked questions during this presentation.
