Manage the Unknown, Empower the Team and PIVOT to Success

This webinar is for CEOs and owners of growth-focused second stage manufacturers who are concerned about ongoing uncertainties and unsure of their direction.

In a recent survey of middle market CEOs, two thirds (66%) said that ongoing uncertainty is one of the “most difficult aspects of running a business in today’s environment.” Six months into this pandemic, COVID-19 continues to disrupt markets, scramble supply chains, and labor confusions, spook customers, and increase overall risks. It’s a challenge when even the next 12 months are unclear!

Fortunately, companies can manage the unknown, empower their team and pivot to success using a powerful and proven process that is based on the core principles of scenario planning. With the PIVOT2020 method, CEOs and management teams will have specific tools to quickly and effectively manage the unknown, empower their teams, and pivot to success.

Learn about the take-aways of the webinar and the speakers by going to the MGA webinar page.
