In April 2018, Michigan signed an MOU with the Netherlands to promote increased cooperation in transportation technologies, including sharing regulatory and technological data, co-hosting bilateral and multilateral meetings, and creating a joint task force. This relationship was forged with the recognition that both Michigan and the Netherlands are among the leading global players in the development of advanced automotive and mobility technologies. About GRIMM: GRIMM, a cybersecurity research firm located in Michigan, is dedicated to supporting the automotive industry through their Cyber-Physical Systems security team (located in Michigan) through advanced systems research, software engineering and penetration testing.
