Shawn H. O'Brien, CCIM Agent/Broker at Martin Commercial Properties in East Lansing, MIThe purchase of the 7,400 SF property puts into motion development of a corner that largely sat empty after the relocation of Dunkin Donuts and Sunoco gas station. Hannawa’s Affinity 8 group has also purchased the Tim Horton’s in the neighboring lot in an effort to create better traffic flow for retail businesses along that corridor.

“I’ve worked with Shawn on several other projects and I can say he’s hands-down, one of the best commercial real estate brokers in the area.” stated Hannawa.

Hannawa added that new construction on the property is scheduled to begin in the next 90-days.
