John Schut was recently named Executive Director of the Michigan Association of Fairs and Expos. After serving as a distinguished agricultural educator for over 25 years; most recently the Caledonia Community School system where he co-taught in an interdisciplinary 250+ student agriscience program in leadership, food science, veterinary science, equine science and horticulture; served as advisor to a 90-member FFA chapter; revitalized the program advisory committee and alumni/booster group. His most recent work was in teaching the district’s at-risk program.
