The 8th annual BWL/IBEW Local 352 Golf 4 Charity Scramble is returning to both Eagle Eye and Hawk Hallow on Friday, August 23! All proceeds will benefit Pennies for Power, the Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs and MSU Women’s Basketball. The event is full, and play gets underway this morning.

WHEN: Saturday, August 10, 9am start
WHERE: BWL REO Town Headquarters, 1201 S. Washington Ave., Lansing
Mayor Andy Schor kicked-off this year’s run which again ran through neighborhoods near the BWL REO Town Headquarters and along the river trail (link through to see image for the course map). Each finisher received a race tech t-shirt and a finisher’s medal. Medals also awarded to the top three in each age group and overall winners. There was also a free kids’ fun run following the completion of the 5K.
Coming up in October SAVE THE DATE! The BWL Chili Cook-Off is back again at Cooley Law School Stadium, home of the Lansing Lugnuts! The 24th annual event will be held on Friday, October 4, where Lansing BWL will be Celebrating #LoveLansing!
Stay tuned to purchase tickets! Proceeds from the BWL Chili Cook-Off will benefit Pennies for Power, Impression 5 Science Center and the H.O.P.E. Scholarship Program.
