The injury clinics at AL!VE will follow the same format, and each week will feature a variety of sports medicine clinicians, including physicians, physical therapists, massage therapists and athletic trainers. There will be at least two health professionals at every clinic.
“These clinics are a great opportunity for anyone who has suffered an injury and is unsure how to proceed with treatment,” said Kim Dickinson, AL!VE director of clinical services. “It is common to see people with knee and ankle issues, but we will welcome all types of injuries, including to the back, shoulder, wrist, elbow as well.”
The clinics are on a first come, first served basis. There will be retail items available for purchase such as Kinesio Tape, cold packs and other taping supplies.
