He is a third generation owner, along with his brother. His father and grandfather bought the business in 1954, and it still remains at the present location.

Bill speaks about the current state and the challenges he faces within the industry. They discuss Bill's current business practices, and how they have been able retain clients over the years. Bill also discusses his Board role on the Michigan Retailers Association, the current projects in the community, and the importance of the buy nearby campaign.
