Foster Swift 2nd Wednesday Morning Break - April 13th.

If you are a business owner, there may come a time when you want to sell: either you want to retire, you want to do something else or you are approached with an offer from a buyer. Do you want to sell the business outright or does the buyer want you to stay on for a period of time? Do you have the appropriate governance documents in place? Where do you begin?

Join us for our next Second Wednesday Morning Break where we will discuss: Key Considerations for Selling a Business. This session will feature moderator Patricia Scott and business attorney Nick Oertel discussing aspects of selling your business such as doing your pre due diligence in protecting your assets and identifying issues up front and getting them fixed before they cost you with the buyer.

See session information below:

For more on selling your business, view the following short video featuring Oertel along with fellow business & tax attorneys, John Mashni and Joel Farrarhttps://youtu.be/w0IKFfDLTSk

His merger and acquisition counsel includes all deal phases from the initial planning (including tax planning) to post-closing indemnification claims and defense.
