LANSING, Mich. ¬- After an extensive search and qualification process, the Country Club of Lansing hired their new executive chef, Joe Biskie.

Prior to joining the Country Club of Lansing, Biskie served as Executive Sous Chef three of his six years at the Onwentia Country Club in Lake Forest, IL. He will oversee all culinary activities at the Club. His varied background, using his competitive cooking experiences as well as the years he has spent in Chicago, give him a unique perspective which has contributed to his culinary leadership.

"It is a wonderful opportunity and I am looking forward to getting started,” says Biskie. “I am excited to join a team who wants to build a culinary program we can be proud of and provide a top-quality dining experience. I am most excited to meet the members and craft relationships that will provide the backbone of the culinary program for years to come."

Founded in 1908, the Country Club of Lansing strives to provide a traditional country club lifestyle for its membership, their families and guests.
