A Kentwood, Michigan site. Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is set to Open First West Michigan Location This Summer the newly-built restaurant located on 28th street Kentwood, MI, will open its doors to the public on Monday, July 29.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a lifestyle brand centered around food and wine, announced recently that it will be officially opening its new West Michigan location on Monday, July 29. The new, 12,726 square-foot restaurant is located at 4515 28th Street SE in Kentwood. Cooper’s Hawk, home to the largest wine club in America at nearly 400,000 Members, is an award-winning restaurant, Napa-style tasting room and artisan market concept with headquarters in Downers Grove, Illinois. This will be the 37th location for the expanding restaurant group.

This new location was designed by Aria Group Architects Inc., a firm that has worked with Cooper’s Hawk for over twelve years. The restaurant’s design evokes the architecture of California wine country, welcoming guests into an environment that encourages conversation over food and wine. The expansive space features a large indoor dining area that can accommodate 300 guests and a covered patio that seats an additional 52 people. The venue also houses flexible private dining space for up to 48 guests that is divisible by a sliding wall that creates two smaller spaces for up to 24 people each.

The Kentwood culinary team is proudly led by Morgan Breault, who works closely with Executive Chef Matt McMillin to ensure the utmost in quality and presentation while redefining the modern casual dining experience. The contemporary-American menu is infused with international flavors, and each dish on the menu is listed with a bin number, guiding guests to their selection’s perfect wine pairing. The menu also includes a gluten free selection, as well as a kids’ menu, carryout and catering.

Cooper’s Hawk wines have received over 500 awards for 45 varietals. Crafted to please a range of palates, Cooper’s Hawk wines include selections that are accessible for those new to the world of wine, as well as complex and full-bodied options for more seasoned drinkers.

The hours of operation for the Cooper’s Hawk Kentwood restaurant and tasting room are:

• Monday – Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

• Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

• Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
