The Center for Automotive Research (CAR) is committed to supporting equality in the workforce and real change.

While CAR’s business research explores the intersection of the automotive industry, economy, society, and public policy, our business research focuses on helping you better understand the ever-changing landscape of the automotive industry. We have assembled a list of resources that you can use to learn how to support your black colleagues and how to improve race issues in the workplace.

The death of George Floyd and the protests occurring nationally and internationally have renewed conversations about race in the United States. While many people and workplaces have been having these conversations and working to change policy for decades, many others are having these conversations for the first time.

The Center for Automotive Research (CAR) is committed to supporting equality in the workforce and real change.
