Something Kevin absolutely used to hate is when his boss would come to me and ask me to set up a meeting with five people to discuss a project. He would spend hours playing email tag and comparing calendars to find a time that would work best for everyone. It was frustrating and seemed like a waste of time. But then Microsoft came out with FindTime and it was a real game-changer.

In our latest webinar, we covered two really neat tools that are part of Microsoft 365: FindTime and Bookings. Bookings can be used in so many different ways. I know our sales team and executives have found it incredibly helpful to just send someone a link to their calendar using FindTime, instead of emailing back and forth with potential available dates. Our sales team has also found clever ways to use Bookings as part of their sales process.
