Tom DicksonTom Dickson leads his organization with a simple mission based upon providing family fun entertainment and positively outrageous customer service at a fair price. With those values, the Lansing Lugnuts have broken attendance records and become one of the most recognizable and respected teams in Minor League Baseball.

Tom Dickson purchased the Waterloo Diamonds in 1993. The team played as the Springfield Sultans in 1994-95 before making a final move to Lansing and switching to its current moniker. In 1996, the Lugnuts smashed the existing Class-A attendance record and had the top-selling merchandise in the minors. This interview is full of fun stories and great examples of leadership through adversity and change. Don't miss this engaging and fun trip down this Lansing memory lane....Batter up!
