You won't want to miss this year's breakout sessions!With this year’s Integr8 Conference promising to elevate the conversation around and practice of industry 4.0 for attendees and sponsors, anticipation is quickly rising. Integr8 2022 will feature more than 50 Industry 4.0 experts and exhibitors in workforce management, 3D printing technology, artificial intelligence, cobots, and more. As an industry executive for manufacturing at Microsoft, Jeff Winter has over 15 years of experience in advising US manufacturers on how to digitally transform their operations at scale. Over the years, he has worked with various solution providers to develop different industrial automation products. As a result, he has developed a unique capacity to clarify and express complicated topics to a wide variety of audiences. He teaches and motivates people, regardless of whether they are on a shop floor or in an executive boardroom. Jeff is an active member of the Industry 4.0 community. As such, he will host one of the most exciting breakout sessions at the Integr8 Conference ‘Unlocking Innovation and Delivering New Services Through Digital Transformation.’ If you are looking for expert advice on how to speed up your company’s digital transformation, you don’t want to miss this session.George SingosGeorge Singos is a Leading Business Advisor at Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center. He has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and is an active member of the Center’s dedicated Industry 4.0 team. At the Integr8 2022 Conference, we are excited to hear his presentation on ‘Enhanced Operations Management (EOM). The session promises to give us insightful details on the components of EOM, System Integration, and Big Data and Analytics. Participants will also learn how to utilize EOM with technology to enhance operations and system implementations in business for more impactful results. Rich Rodgers Another exciting breakout session that you won’t want to miss is Rich Rodger’s presentation on ‘Apps for the Factory Floor.’ Currently, manufacturers deal with several hurdles, ranging from a rising labor shortage to problems with variance and productivity. Luckily, they can increase efficiency and quality by implementing Industry 4.0 technologies and automation to make work simpler. Thanks to the presentation by Rich Rodgers, attendees will know how technologies like System Integration, Augmented & Virtual Reality, and Cobots/Robots benefit employees in boring, filthy, or dangerous professions. Rich Rodgers is the CEO and Co-founder of Xemelgo, an industry 4.0 solution provider based in Seattle. He is a well-known leader in the Industrial IOT space and is among Accenture’s Top 40 IoT leaders. He has more than 15 years of experience in smart manufacturing and the Industry 4.0 space as he aims to bring factories to life through software. 
3D Printer Pitch CompetitionThe 3D Printer Pitch Competition makes its first debut at Integr8 2022. In this session, eligible manufacturers based in Michigan compete in providing innovative solutions as to how companies can use a 3D industrial printer to address issues related to processing, capacity, and labor. The winner of the competition walks away with a Photocentric 3D LC Magna Printer with Cure L2, AirWash L, and CAD software from Core Technologie in Southfield valid for one year. The grand prize has a total value of more than $42,000. To qualify, participants must be Michigan businesses based within the state and have a manufacturing facility and not more than 500 employees.These are just a few of the thrill-packed breakout sessions available at Integr8 2022.
