Chris reaches out to Glenn Stevens, Vice President of MICHAuto and Strategic Development for the Detroit Regional Chamber. He finds out what Michigan needs to do to remain the mobility/automotive leader as the world continues to change. Glenn shares about how Michigan can’t be complacent and just assume the industry is here, especially with the electrification of the auto. Among the projects is a collaboration MICHauto is working out with Michigan Mobility Innitiative involving Business Leaders for Michigan, Michigan Department of Transportation, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, and the University Research Cooridor. There are also updates on the planned American Center for Mobility set for Willow Run which will build upon the MCity concept.

Michigan Business Beat, hosted by Chris Holman, discusses economic development, new or unusual entrepreneurial initiatives, and successful business practices from different regions and industries around Michigan with a wide range of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
