Tomas Hult is Professor and Byington Endowed Chair in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Started in 1971, the Academy of Marketing Science (www.ams-web.org) is a non-profit, international, scholarly, professional organization. It is dedicated to promoting high standards and excellence in the creation and dissemination of marketing knowledge and the furtherance of marketing practice through a role of leadership within the discipline of marketing around the world. O.C. Ferrell shares his views about AMS bringing together thousands of academics and marketing professionals from around the world and the value the organization provides to these members.
